Learn to clear your inner obstacles In this workshop, learn the beauty of plunging into the subconscious and discover what obstructs you from seeing your image of your truly expanded self. In an instant, you can shatter and then reimagine, how to rebuild and envision a new self.  Three to four imageries will be offered and some will be invited to present their images which will demonstrate how images are used as diagnostic and reparative tools.

As therapists and healers, we know a lot of what goes on in the subterranean levels of the self is not based on intellect or words but rather images, impressions, and instincts. Memories are burrowed deeper than words and hold great sway over us and our possibilities.  With healing imagery, we dip into the subconscious, for a moment, and discover what is there for us and address what needs strengthening.  The essential element of this work is to create a space of seeing, opening awareness, repairing, healing, and connecting to our most inner truth and meaning. 

Learning objectives  

This workshop will offer three to four exercises focusing on:

• How to reenergize yourself between sessions
• Simple and powerful techniques to help clients manage uncertainty and anxiety
• Learn to tap into the body’s built-in mechanism for growing intuition, clarity, and calm.

Dr. Jackie D. Schiff is a NY licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of international experience giving workshops, lectures and private practice in New York, London and Israel. She studied with Dr. Gerald Epstein for 15 years and is on faculty at the American Institute of Mental Imagery. She works with children and adults and supervises and trains clinicians in person and worldwide online. Dr. Schiff is now based in Raanana, Israel.

Dr. Schiff’s clinical emphasis is on capturing the power of the Imagination to heal and transform the mind, body, and soul.  She integrates a broad and deep range of wisdom including the timeless ancient knowledge with its roots in the Torah, to the latest in modern psychology and neuroplasticity of the brain.
